Welcome to Izzy Services. By booking our cleaning services, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

Izzy Services offers professional cleaning services for residential and/or commercial properties. Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary by location and are subject to change at our discretion.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and any special cleaning requests.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or staffing availability.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept All major Credit Cards, PayPal, AfterPay, Affirm, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Late or declined payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24–48 hours] in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are only issued if a service is not completed as agreed and at our sole discretion.

  • No refunds are available for completed services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings should be secured prior to service.

  • Customers must disclose any known hazards (chemicals, pets, broken fixtures, etc.) before service begins.

6. Liability & Damages

  • While we take care to protect your property, Izzy Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

  • If accidental damage occurs during service, please report it within 24 hours for review.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided and does not extend to consequential or indirect damages.

7. Safety & Conduct

  • Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if a location is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

  • Customers are expected to treat staff respectfully. Any harassment, unsafe conditions, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Termination of Services

Izzy Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated cancellations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [New Jersey], without regard to conflict of law principles.
